Mine Rite Rebuild Capabilities
At Mine Rite we have capabilities to rebuild various types of equipment, including but not limited to off highway truck bodies, water tanks, drag line buckets, excavator buckets, loader buckets, hydraulic front shovel buckets, and track frames.
When rebuilding truck bodies, we utilize our patented Tube Box design and update floor center sections or “impact areas” of bodies that need rebuilt. This process allows for a structurally stronger rebuild as well as a reduction in maintenance to that area after the rebuild is conducted.
In the above example this body will undergo a second rebuild in its life cycle, however; the center section of the body, where the Tube Box update was placed, will not be rebuilt. This will drastically reduce the cost for that mining operation.
